Inaugurated in 2014, the building embodies the entrepreneurial vision of Enio Silla, which aims to merge technological innovation, aesthetic research, and environmental responsibility. The building is structured across distinct yet harmoniously interconnected levels, reflecting an advanced design approach in which industrial, logistical, and executive spaces flow naturally. Every choice, from materials to energy solutions, is guided by sustainability principles and cutting-edge design research: thanks to these features, the facility reduces CO₂ emissions by over 24,000 kg annually and saves more than 10 tons of oil consumption each year, proving that efficiency and beauty can coexist in perfect balance.
