Returns and Exchanges

The regulations regarding the right of withdrawal can be consulted in section 9, “Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal,” of the Terms and Conditions section, available at the following link: [insert link].

The right of return is exercised according to the following Procedures:

by sending a communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products through the Form accessible at this Link.
the withdrawal communication must specify the intention to return the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised;
following the return request, the Customer Care service will provide the Customer with the operational instructions to proceed with the return, including details of the Courier to be used and the Label to be applied to the package for shipment;
the Customer must ship the products to Sicap within 14 working days from the return request;

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following Conditions:

● Please note that the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized.

● the right applies to individual products purchased in their entirety; it is therefore not possible to exercise withdrawal only for part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, components, etc.);

The purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation).

Sicap will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to Art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14), within 14 working days from receipt of the returned products, through a refund procedure of the charged amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Sicap determines that:

the returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact;
the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g., closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Sicap will return the purchased product to the sender, charging them for the shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.

Return and Exchange Policies

The economic and operational conditions relating to returns (including any shipping costs, free return eligibility, limitations for discounted or promotional products, or any special conditions applied in specific countries) may vary according to the commercial policies applied at the time of purchase. Such conditions are indicated in the “Return and Exchange Policies” summary table below.
In case of discrepancy, the conditions published on the website at the time of purchase shall prevail.

The cost of returns depends on the discount applied to the product at the time of purchase:

Discount below 30%: Returns are free of charge.
Discount equal to or above 30%: A shipping fee of €12 applies. This amount will be deducted directly from the refund, which will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Size or Product Exchange: If the return is for a size exchange or a replacement with a product of the same value, shipping is always free of charge.
