Gwyneth Paltrow (Los Angeles, 1972) is an American actress and businesswoman. She debuts on the big screen alongside John Travolta in the film “Shout” and she got her first starring role in “Emma” by Douglas McGrath. Well known for acting in successful works such as “Sliding Doors” or “A Perfect Murder”, with “Shakespeare in Love” by John Madden she won an Academy Award and a Golden Globe for Best actress (1999). Thanks to her singing skills, she took part in the musical television series “Glee” playing Holly Holliday that leads her to win an Emmy Award.
